Lady Lola Sparkling Pinot Grigio Moscato

In Italy there are several styles of Pinot Grigio and a lot of Moscato but there is only one Lady Lola Sparkling Pinot Grigio – Moscato. This wine has a straw yellow color with elegant golden highlights. An intriguing style wine, fresh and crisp, which opens with delicate nuances of exotic flavors intermingled with a zesty tropical acidity that compliments the flavorful fruity sweet finish. 

Premium Pinot Grigio and Moscato grapes are selected from the Western coast of Sicily between the towns of Palermo and Trapani. In this area, where the grapes mature under a beautiful sunny sky and enjoy the fresh breezes from the Mediterranean sea. Both Moscato and Pinot Grigio find the perfect growing conditions for making the unique Lady Lola blend. Both wines are made adapting the traditional winemaking techniques which enable to capture fruity aromas and the natural flavor of both varietals. After harvesting, the grapes are softly pressed, and the fermentation process is shortened in order to maintain the grapes natural sugar and rich varietal flavor. Lady Lola’s unique blend is excellent on its own at any time of the day. It has been made to pair well with all kind of food, not just Italian but also other cuisines like Thai and Japanese. Serve it with fish-based or chicken-based dishes.

Michela is head eonologist and winemaker for Lady Lola. She was born in Tuscany and has been passionate about vines and wines since her very first teenage years. Michela is a third generation growers, her father and grandfather have always been working the vineyards on Sicilian soil. From every wine she makes you can always feel her character, her personality, her livelihood. Wines which emphasize the senses, with folding and seductive aromas, made with unusual but intriguing blends in order to surprise and amaze you at every sip.
